Hepimiz müzik dinlemeyi çok severiz mutluyken, üzgünken, yorgunken kısacası neredeyse çoğu zaman müzik dinleriz. Hayatımızın bir çok yerinde mevcut olan bu müzik nasıl ortaya çıktı hiç merak ettiniz mi ?. Müzik en evrensel sanattır gözle görülmeyen ritim ve tınılarla meydana gelen ahenktir. Herşeyi konu edinebilir çocukları , anne özlemini, aşkı, mutluluğu, kırgınlığı kısacası bir çok duygumuzu anlatmak için bizlere sözcü olabilir .Peki bu müzik nasıl keşfedildi ?....
Kalıntılara göre bilinen en eski müzik yapıtı 3000 yıl önce Hindistan'da yazılmış ''Veda İlahileri''dir. Bu ilahiler M.Ö 1500 - 1000 yılları arasında hintliler tarafından yazılmış ilahi ve antik metinlerin tümüdür. İlkel toplumlarda insanlar müzik yapmak için hayvan derilerini kullanarak enstrümanlar yapmışlardır. Böylelikle ritimli çalgılar ortaya çıkmıştır.Hayvan kemikleri vb. materyalleri kullanarakta bir takım sesler ve tınılar elde etmişlerdir ve böyleliklede üflemeli çalgılar meydana çıkmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucu müziğin eski yunan döneminde kurumsal olarak doğduğuna inanılıyor.Antik yunan döneminde müziği 'iyiliklerin kaynağı' olarak adlandırdığı ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Çinlilerde antik yunanlılar gibi müziğin tanrısal bir gücü olduğuna inanmış ve bu inanışları sayesinde hristiyanlık dininde müzik büyük bir yer almıştır .
İlk çağ uygarlıkları müzik yapmak için çeşitli bir çok materyal kullanmışlardır.Mezopotamya da arp, lir, flüt gibi aletler kullanılırken , çinliler ise davul, zil, bambu flüt, ağız orgu, gibi materyalleri kullanarak müzik yapmışlardır. Bütün bu bilgilerin sonucunda müziğin keşfi ve başlangıcı çok uzun zaman öncelere dayanmaktadır. Uzun yıllar hatta asırlar boyu evrimleşerek şuanda dinlediğimiz müziklerin şeklini aldı acaba bundan uzun yıllar sonra müzik çok değişecek mi ne dersiniz?
